Text of video:

Here is a video about one of the most important things you, as a parent, MUST KNOW to help your children enjoy and succeed at maths.

First let’s have a look at visual learners. They take in and remember information best by seeing things.

Here are some examples:

  • They like charts, diagrams, flashcards, maps, books.
  • They like to use coloured pens and pencils.
  • To write down notes and put them on the wall.
  • Copy from the board at school.
  • Watch videos.

You may be thinking at this stage and saying to yourself ‘I like all those things. Am I a visual learner’?

We live in a visual world and are continually learning things in a visual way.

We see things and remember them.

WE ARE ALL VISUAL LEARNERS.

It is important that we realise that we all ‘learn by seeing’ and make sure we learn in this way.

SO WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING PARENTS MUST KNOW. It is this.

Every memory champion remembers things using visual images linked to a location. These simple techniques can be used by children.

So how can you help your child?

The absolute BEST time to do this is at the beginning of maths.

When your child is learning the Times tables and learning adding you can use simple techniques linking images to locations which makes learning easy and fun.

This will give your children a solid foundation and amazing confidence on which to build everything else in maths.

The Times Tables memory method is FREE - Please Join below. You will be astounded at the results!
